Yesterday, while sitting on a bus full of hot, tired people in Singapore, I saw God.
God in the cars, honking and flying around the bus.
God in the tree standing alone at a heaving intersection.
God in the Muslim women with the morning market on their laps.
God in the old Chinese man with the auspicious mole.
God in the tai tai ladies sporting their muted Lululemon.
God in the teens slumped over their phones.
God in the woman with her hand on a pram.
God in the man with a wheelchair waiting for the bus driver to help him off the #155.
God in the bus driver.
God in me, alighting.
Infinite Being, shattered into billions and billions of tiny jewels of every glinting hue, embedded in the hearts of our realm. What tender and extravagant love!

Beautiful, Hazel. The divine in all of creation.
